This is the return and refund policy. All dispatched merchandise goes through a QC department before and after being packed to ensure that it is free of any defect, so returns are not accepted for breakage or discoloration due to misuse or handling of the product. Returns are not accepted for orders of products customized by bad choice in size, color, etc. Any order from a dissatisfied customer be returned within the first 7 days after receiving the merchandise and a full refund of the product will be made. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
