This is the return and refund policy. All dispatched merchandise goes through a QC department before and after being packed to ensure that it is free of any defect, so returns are not accepted for breakage or discoloration due to misuse or handling of the product.  Returns of customized product orders are not accepted due to poor choice in size, color, etc. Any unsatisfied customer order must be returned within the first 7 days after receiving the merchandise and a full refund of the product will be made. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Keep in mind that each product is created manually, so it may vary slightly if you compare it with another of the same size and color.
